A video won't play or keeps buffering
Check your network connection first; lesson videos stream over the network. If the problem persists, force-quit and reopen the app — and make sure you are on the latest version from the store.
How do I download lessons for offline viewing?
Open a lesson and tap the download icon. Downloaded lessons are available under your profile even without a connection.
How do I manage my subscriptions to creators?
Open the creator's page and tap Subscribed to unsubscribe, or review everything you follow under Profile → Subscriptions.
The AI tutor gave a wrong answer
AI responses can be inaccurate. Use the feedback control on a response to flag it — this helps us improve quality.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app — see Account Deletion for the exact steps.
